Lord Buddha the light of the world, preached to humanity, the cardinal principles of happiness. An ascentic and adept in meditation, the formed many sanghas and gave them the light of his wisdom. He spoke in Pali. He said that desire is the root cause of misery. If one gets rid of desire, misery will disappear. Right thinking, right doing, compassion and non-violence are the prime theme of His preaching. No caste and creed are there in His Sangha. He showed the path of salvation to everybody.

In this Compact Disc, the daily devotional prayers Buddh Vandana and Thi Sarang are included. This is followed by Vandana again. Pancha Sheelang, Buddhavandana, Dhammavandana, Sanghavandana and the first chapter of Dhammapada (Yamakavaggo). These hymns are rendered in inimitable meditative melodies and soul soothing tunes by the famous singer Malgudi Shubhaa.
